Shipping & Handling
US Shipping: U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested by
the purchaser. Expect delivery in 4-6 bus. days.
The base shipping price is $5.99 on all books and CDs. Add $1.00
shipping and handling for each additional book or CD purchased. Shipping
and handling is not charged for eBook format items which are simply
downloaded from our company website.
CA residents add 8.25% sales tax.
Overnight delivery (next afternoon) available for additional cost and
you may use your Fedex account number if you have one.
International Orders: International
orders cannot be processed on-line. Please call or email us with what
you want to purchase and we will send you a shipping quote for your
approval. We request that all international orders, be paid by credit
card (US Dollars). Shipping will be least expensive via “air mail” and
will be added to purchase price
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent
within the state of California. California law requires that we charge a
sales tax in the amount of 9.25% on CA orders.

Someone will contact you within 48 hours or
less by whichever means you specify.
If you receive the wrong product or it is
damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we
can determine the best way to resolve the problem.
If you don’t receive a product within
10 business days of the shipping date, please let us know and we can
either give you a credit or resend the order. We do ask if the orders
cross in the mail that you return the replacement order in it’s original
packaging or something similar to protect the product from damage so we
can resell it. You may request to be reimbursed for any reasonable
shipping charges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied
with the product, return requests must be made within 100 days
(approximately) of the original purchase.

eBooks - Because ebooks are downloaded rather than shipped,
customers who wish a refund on an eBook purchase must send an original
signed statement to our offices which includes each of the following
components: 1) Stating the reasons they are unhappy with the
product; 2) Formally requesting a refund of the purchase price;
and 3) Certifying that the buyer has deleted any and all copies
of the downloaded publication from all electronic media in their
position as well as destroyed any hard copies which may have been
printed from the electronic file. The document must be signed by
original purchaser in ink. Photocopies will NOT be accepted.
Continued posession, use,
reproduction and/or distribution of eBook materials by the customer
after having received a refund, shall constitute a copyright violation
and shall be punishable to the full extent allowed by civil and
criminal statute. |
